I've been getting a lot of emails the past 2 weeks about upper back, neck, & shoulder blade issues. So here is a full workout to help combat those aches & pains!
Try and complete all circuits at least 1x. Your "rest" in between is another circuit in itself!
This is not how a typical series is set up but I'm trying to combine the "boring" rehab exercises (no one likes to do) & get your heart rate up!
